Book a free 30 minute initial consult where we will create a personalized 6 hour plan consisting of a combination of: - Create/Incorporate Existing Care Plan - Advance Directive Assistance - Companioning - Post-Mortem Support (for loved ones) - Memorial Planning - Funeral Arrangement Help - Other Support, as Requested

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments that are missed or canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged $50. Bounced payments will incur a $25 surcharge in addition to the amount owed.
