Service Description

We focus on mindfulness and meditation practices with a goal of helping people actively engage in the present moment and draw on the benefits that provides. This can also be very helpful in processing and moving through grief and the stages of dying.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments that are missed or canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged $50. Bounced payments will incur a $25 surcharge in addition to the amount owed.
